Welcome to the Galapagos
The Galapagos archipelago is located in the Pacific Ocean 1000km west of Ecuador and is comprised of thirteen main islands and six smaller ones. The pristine islands are today one of the most important natural history sites in the world, with over 60% of the bird life here found nowhere else in the world. Each island is distinct, with its own ecosystem and uniquely evolved flora and fauna.
