Ambos Mundos

An elegant hotel harking back to a more gracious time, Ambos Mundos was built in the 1920's. Its most famous guest was Ernest Hemingway, who stayed in the hotel from 1932-1939. Tourists can visit his room - 511 - where he wrote his most famous novel, "For Whom the Bell Tolls".
