SMALL BOATS (8-20 PASSENGERS)

For sheer romance and accessibility, it is hard to beat a small boutique boat. There is a greater choice of small boats than any other size sailing the islands. Small boats can access areas out of reach to the larger vessels and allow a much greater intimacy with the islands. You will be able to get to know your fellow passengers and crew on a much more personal level, and will be with fewer people on the shore excursions. However, some of the small boats have a slower cruising speed, which means that you may not be able to visit as many islands as the larger boats. Even sail boats will complete most of the journey with their motor, as it is not possible to travel the distances in the time required under sail power alone. While undeniably romantic, the sails will actually be used only a few times in a trip.

The Beluga is a deluxe 110 foot motor vessel. The experienced and friendly crew take excellent care of their guests aboard this extremely spacious and luxurious boat. With only sixteen passengers, the Beluga offers exceptional room for a small boat, with a completely open upper deck and large reception areas and cabins. The food is fresh and delicious and the welcome is genuine on one of the best small boats in the Galapagos.

These three sleek identical signature yachts take twenty passengers each aboard polished teak interiors. Offering spacious accommodation and panoramic views from the dining room, passengers can also enjoy the library and sundeck.
