We combine a love of travelling and a particular intimate understanding of Latin America with years of specialised experience in the travel industry. Between us, we have created thousands of successful holidays and once-in-a-lifetime trips for our clients. We care, and take great pride in the holidays we create. While our first priorities are always your safety and enjoyment, we are also passionate about responsible tourism. How to use our site

• 1) Decide on your destination using the website
• 2) Find your itinerary using our database
• 3) Talk to our travel consultants
• 4) Choose from the website or let us tailor-make for you We will change the
      itinerary until you are absolutely satisfied (Itineraries are normally
      completed within 48hrs)

How to book

• 1) Complete the booking form online or print a copy
• 2) Deposit using the online form, credit card or cheque

Once you have booked

• a) You will receive a written receipt for your deposit while we make your reservations.
• b) Within a few days your holiday will be confirmed.
• c) You will receive your confirmation pack which includes:
  • c1. Health Notes
  • c2. Country information
  • c3. Kit lists
  • c4. Recommended reading
• d) Your balance will be due 2 calendar months prior to departure.
• e) Flight tickets and service vouchers will be dispatched 10 days prior to departure

Financial Protection

For your peace of mind, all our holidays and flights are ATOL protected (ATOL number 6473). This means that the Civil Aviation Authority offer protection to all our clients that fly with us from the UK. They will back up our own service if necessary, guaranteeing to bring clients safely home, or to refund any money paid to us for an advance booking.

Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy cover:

In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Company plc to protect customers prepayments paid in respect of:

• 1) Non-flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK
• 2) The ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination
• 3) Offered on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for:
  • i)  A refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled
  • ii) Making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled or in the unlikely event of our financial failure.
